Our strategy is based on the following four pillars:

Focus on profitable and protected niches
a) Business Aviation
- Increase worldwide awareness of our aiport. (Owners, operators, pilots, schedulers, dispatchers, trip planners)
- Attract new guests by providing extraordinary services and emotional values.
- Station additional aircraft at our airport.
- Create additional demand for using our airport. (Conferences, events, training)
- Support the region in efforts to attract and locate new businesses in the area.
b) Scheduled Flights
- Increase utilization of the existing flights to Vienna through strengthened support of Austrian Airlines and tour operator HighLife.
- Increased promotion of Vienna as a hub and raise the number of connecting passengers.
- Introduce flights to additional business destinations.
c) Charter Flights
- Provision of flights to trade shows and congresses that are interesting to people and businesses in our region.
- Organization of exclusive flights to events. (Golf, horse sports, etc)
d) Real Estate
- Planning and construction of an expedient terminal building enabling the compliance to current and future government requirements. (e.g. Schengen)
- Planning and construction of additional hangar space, which guarantees new home based aircraft.
- Real estate developments shall support the airport activities.
- Secure all land reserves within the perimeters of the airport.
